Rose Mutombo, founder of RNM Enterprises, is the widow and lifelong partner of humanitarian and NBA legend Dikembe Mutombo. Together, they established the Biamba Marie Mutombo Hospital, a now-thriving institution that has been providing dignified and compassionate care to patients for over 17 years.
Built in partnership with international donors, NGOs, and the Congolese government, the hospital project gave Rose firsthand experience navigating complex governmental and regulatory processes. She successfully managed the authorization, compliance, and execution of this large-scale initiative while maintaining transparency and sustainability.
With over two decades of experience, Rose has developed a deep understanding of working with government institutions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and beyond. Mr. Augustin Nkuba is a seasoned engineer and international energy executive with more than 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, and mining sectors across Africa, Europe, and North America. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons in Belgium and received advanced geophysical engineering training at the Schlumberger School in Nigeria. Mr. Nkuba began his career with Schlumberger and later held senior engineering and operations leadership roles with Mobil Oil (ExxonMobil), working across several international markets in energy and natural resources development. He later founded Orely Consulting in Canada, advising investors and companies on oil, gas, and mining projects across Africa. As Senior Advisor to RNM Enterprises, he provides strategic guidance on energy, mining, natural resources, and infrastructure investment opportunities across Africa.
